The company FSG-tech s.r.o. was established in 2015 by transfer from a natural person. The main programme involves the precision machining of aluminium alloys and plastics. Our company also provides surface treatment (anodisation, silver-plating, chromium plating – Surtec650, E-Clps, wet painting, screen printing, laser inscription etc.) on products at the customer’s request. We are also able to mount assemblies and sub-assemblies.
The company has successfully established itself on the market mainly thanks quality of its products and adherence to agreed delivery terms.
We specialise in the machining of complex and simple parts from various sectors of industry (medical, telecommunications, automotive, electrical industries etc.) from small production series (pieces) to medium-sized production series (hundreds to thousands of pieces).
We work with 3-axis and 5-axis DMG MORI and HERMLE machining centres, including continuous machining. Milled parts can reach up to 600 x 500 x 500 mm and weigh up to 100 kg.
Parts are inspected by a CNC coordinate measuring centre made by WENZEL, which guarantees the high quality and precision of our products.
To deliver parts, we either use our own fleet or the company Toptrans. For foreign deliveries we use a forwarding agent. We emphasise high quality packaging for parts – the result of long-term experience, or we follow our customer’s requirements.
