Measuring

We inspect our products on a WENZEL CNC coordinate measuring machine, Type LH 54.

The WENZEL coordinate measuring machine is able to measure products with precision up to 0.001 mm, while the minimum inner measurable dimension which we are currently able to measure is 0.6 mm. We have a calibration record issued and guaranteed by WENZEL for working with this measuring equipment.

The measuring range of this machine is x=500 mm, y=600 mm, z=400 mm. The maximum product weight, i.e. the measuring machine loading capacity, is 200 kg.

Visio Engineering equipment is used for taking optical measurements, which means we are also able to measure various small radiuses and chamfers.
